While Who's Where is a wonderful and accurate system, there can be exceptions to rules that we cannot foresee (such as paychecks to institutions or foreign employees). These confirmations allow a manual override to the system as well as provide the added security that no one will be approved who is not currently enrolled or making pre-eligible contributions.

These are hours worked from the employee's most recent anniversary date and prior to the use of Who's Where. As part of the Initial Setup, it is necessary for the user to enter these hours for any employee who is not currently enrolled. This is the number that Who's Where will add to every month when the monthly hours worked are updated until the employee reaches their anniversary date. Once the employee reaches their anniversary date, Who's Where will determine if that individual meets the eligibility requirements.
|
Year-To-Date Hours are all the hours worked from the employee's anniversary date and calculated by adding the initial hours to all hours that have been uploaded on a monthly basis.
